By using Charter Companion, you agree to these terms. This App is operated by Konstantinos Samaras, an independent developer based in Greece.
2. Use & Liability
The App is a documentation tool. The developer is not liable for vessel damage or maritime disputes. Liability is limited to €100.
3. Maritime Compliance
Users remain responsible for complying with all local Port Authority requirements. The App is provided "as-is".
